Privacy Policy
A short one, because this site does very little. Everything below describes what the website actually does.

What this website collects
On every page except the contact page: nothing. No account, no newsletter signup, no chat widget — nothing for you to type and nothing for us to store. Visiting those pages does not create a record we can link to you.
The contact page is different, because it carries a request form. Anything you type into that form — your name, your email address, where you live and what you want cleaning — is sent to Ladybug Cleaning Services so we can call you back with an estimate. We ask for it because you asked us to get in touch.
You never have to use it. Calling the number on this site reaches the same person and leaves nothing on this website at all.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences.
The request form on the contact page is run by JotForm, and when that form loads it sets two cookies of its own in your browser, under jotform.com. They are JotForm's, not ours, and they are covered by JotForm's privacy policy rather than by this page.
The only thing this site itself ever stores on your device is a single note recording that you closed the privacy message at the bottom of the screen, so it does not reappear on every page. That note stays in your browser, is not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics and tracking
We run none. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no heatmaps anywhere on this site.
JotForm runs its own measurement inside the request form, in the ordinary way a form provider does. We do not receive it and we have not asked for it.
Third parties
There is exactly one, and only on the contact page: JotForm, who host the request form. Loading that page loads their form, which means JotForm sees your IP address and your browser, and can tell that someone opened it. If you fill the form in, they carry what you typed to us.
Every other page on this site contacts no other company at all. Typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so on those pages no third party sees your visit.
Links out to Facebook and Yelp are ordinary links. If you follow one, that company's own privacy policy applies from the moment you arrive there — not ours.
When you call
Calling the number on this site is a normal phone call and is not handled by this website. What we do with your name, address and job details is a matter between you and Ladybug Cleaning Services.
If this site later adds online booking, analytics, a chat widget or an embedded map or video, or if the request form moves off JotForm, this page will be out of date and must be rewritten before those go live.
